Kesha Toler joined Patterson Realty in 2009. Unlike most, Kesha started as the receptionist and worked her way up; she has worked in every facet of real estate from transaction coordinating to selling homes and now managing brokerage operations. As her role has evolved over the years, she has developed a passion for raising the level of professionalism in the real estate industry among practitioners, starting with the agents and brokers at Patterson Realty.
Kesha’s role as Chief Operating Officer includes overseeing the day to day operations of the company as well as in-depth market and financial analysis, but it doesn’t stop there. She takes every opportunity to immerse herself in industry-specific educational opportunities to bring new, highly relevant information back to the company. She has positioned herself as the “go-to” resource for the agents at Patterson Realty; her ability to communicate the latest information about regulations, legislation, and practices within the industry in a format that is easy for the agents to apply is what motivates her and professional passion. She fervently believes that the company can only be successful when the agents under the Patterson umbrella are successful, so her goal is to make the agents as successful as possible by bringing the best tools, resources and education to the table for them.
She is a past Treasurer for the Central Coast Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors, and she has held several key positions on the Scenic Coast Board of Directors during her tenure with the company. She is also a state Director for the California Association of Realtors. She loves volunteering her time for these positions because she is afforded the opportunity to stay current with the latest information which she is quick to share with colleagues and affiliates. In her free time, you can find Kesha competing at the local sportsman’s range, wine tasting in beautiful Paso Robles or cruising her motorcycle up and down our scenic coastline. Kesha loves to be active and involved – life is too short not to live it to the fullest!
