A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with his degree in Agriculture, Brian was highly successful in the veterinary pharmaceutical sales industry for over 17 years.  Following a significant family transition, he took on the role of a full time single parent to his three young children.  He became a licensed Realtor in 2005 and loved real estate instantly.  Brian’s desire and ability to build deep and lasting personal connections and his passion for helping his clients achieve their goals has allowed him to excel in his field and become a trusted and sought after agent.

A cattle rancher and farmer for over 38 years in North San Luis Obispo County, Brian has in-depth knowledge of Central Coast agricultural and equine properties.  He is also well versed in both commercial and residential properties.  Brian primarily focuses on properties on the Central Coast and San Luis Obispo County.  He has won many awards including; listing agent of the year, sales agent of the year and multimillion dollar producer numerous times.

Brian loves his family, friends and community.  His four children and grandson are the highlights of his life.  He enjoys horses, nature and spending time with family and friends.  Giving back to the community is very important and he has been a Little League Coach, on the school site committee at Santa Margarita Elementary school, President of the Atascadero High School Basketball Boosters and has been a member of both the California Cattlemen’s Association and the American Quarter Horse Association.  Additionally, he is a frequent contributor to community fund raisers and people in need.
