Beck Vineyard is a producer of superior wine grapes. It is located on a western sloping hill near Creston. Calcareous Limestone makes this the ideal location to produce the varietals Syrah Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, grown on 45 total acres planted.
The property consists of three underlying parcels with certificates of compliance and is currently under Williamson Act contract. Located well off the highway, its seclusion is ideal for a boutique winery or gentleman's vineyard development.
The vineyard is in its eighth leaf, having first planted in 2000. The vineyard faces west and the rows run east-west. Spacing is 10 ft. on the rows and 7ft. on each plant. The plants have Vertical Shoot Positioning Trellising to control shade and sunlight.
